Return & Exchange Policy

Our Return & Exchange Policy is very simple:

  • MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE RETURNED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • ALMAS WILL ACCEPT YOUR EXCHANGE OF UNWORN-UNWASHED-UNALTERED MERCHANDISE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
  • EXCHANGE WILL ONLY BE POSSIBLE IF ACCOMPANIED BY ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT.
  • IF ANY ITEM PURCHASED AT FULL PRICE GOES ON SALE IT WILL BE EXCHANGED AT THE MARKED DOWN PRICE.
  • MERCHANDISE PURCHASED DURING PROMOTIONAL OFFER PERIOD WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE.
  • NO CLAIM OF REPAIR WILL BE ENTERTAINED UNLESS IT IS LODGED WITHIN 21 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
  • ONCE THE CLAIM OF REPAIR IS ENTERTAINED, THE CUSTOMER SHALL RECEIVE THE SHOES BACK WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE NOTIFIED DUE DATE, WHERE AFTER THE CLAIM WILL 
    BE TREATED AS VOID.
  • MISUSED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE.
